The villa

Above the bay, behind quiet shutters.

A contemporary villa on Mont Boron, above Nice, ours alone for four nights, with the Mediterranean at every window. A house already exceptional, simply opened for four nights.

Beyond the villa

Just beyond Nice, the coastline begins to climb towards Mont Boron, its pine-covered slopes opening onto views across the Baie des Anges and the old port below.

From here, the sentier du littoral, the coastal path, follows the water east, past the harbour of Villefranche-sur-Mer and on towards the wooded paths of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.

You can spend mornings and free afternoons here: walking the coastal paths, swimming in quiet coves, watching the light move across the water.
