This Privacy Policy explains how MAISON LONGEVITY SARL-S collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data controller for the personal data described in this policy is MAISON LONGEVITY SARL-S, 41, rue Goethe, L-1637 Luxembourg, RCS Luxembourg B311837. For any question, contact us at contact@maisonlongevityretreat.com.
Booking request and contact data. When you complete our booking request form, we collect your first and last name, your email address, your mobile number, your country of residence, what you are booking and your room, the first name and email address of the friend you share a room with if you do, whether someone accompanies you, whether you would like the airport transfer, and how you heard about us. The field about a person accompanying you is optional.
Programme request data. When you ask for the complete programme, we collect your first name and your email address to send it to you. If you tick the separate box, which is not pre-ticked, we also write to you about future editions and send you our monthly letter.
Booking data. When you make a reservation, we collect the additional information necessary to arrange your stay, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details). Information about your health is collected only through the health questionnaire and the question on food allergies described below.
Health questionnaire. Before the retreat, each guest of The Programme receives a single health questionnaire. Filling it in is optional and is not a condition of your booking. Its answers include information about your health. We collect them only with your explicit consent, given in the questionnaire itself, by ticking a separate box that is not pre-ticked, so that the practitioners can prepare their sessions and their recommendations, including the choice of your personal set of recommendations, which a doctor checks. The three doctors of the retreat, Dr Garcia, Dr Kestemont and Dr Badiou, each receive the answers that concern them. The chef receives only the list of your food allergies and intolerances, and nothing else from the questionnaire. The physiotherapist receives only your answer about physical limitations. The questionnaire is held in an encrypted form tool that stores its data in the European Union. Only the founder, Léa Bidani, reads the answers, to pass them to the practitioners. Separately, the short practical form sent to each guest before the retreat includes one required question on food allergies and intolerances, so that the chef can prepare your meals, with its own consent box. Its answer goes only to the chef, is held in our form platform in the European Union, never in our email platform, and is deleted on 25 May 2027 at the latest. The paper copies given to the practitioners are returned to us and destroyed. The answers are deleted thirty days after the end of the retreat, on 25 May 2027 at the latest. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@maisonlongevityretreat.com. Your answers are then no longer passed on.
Website usage data. With your consent, we measure our audience and the results of our advertising. Section 9 sets out how, and how to refuse.
To manage your booking request and respond to your enquiries. To communicate with you about upcoming editions, where you have agreed to this. To manage your booking and prepare your stay, once you become a guest. To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We rely on your consent for marketing communications and for your booking request, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and then on the performance of a contract for booking-related data, and on our legal obligations for accounting and tax records. For the health questionnaire, we rely on your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share relevant information, limited to what is necessary, with the independent practitioners and suppliers involved in your stay, and with service providers who help us operate: Stripe, our payment provider, and the payment services you choose at checkout (PayPal, Klarna or Scalapay); Brevo, our email platform; and Jotform, for our forms and for the electronic signature of your agreements (Jotform Sign). Our form platform is Jotform Inc. (United States), configured to store form data in its European data centre, in Germany, under a data processing agreement. Any access from the United States is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, included in that agreement. These parties are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations. Information about your health is shared only as described in Section 2: the answers to the health questionnaire with the three doctors of the retreat, your food allergies and intolerances with the chef, and your answer about physical limitations with the physiotherapist.
Booking request and contact data: three years from our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Booking data: ten years, to meet Luxembourg accounting obligations. Answers to the health questionnaire, and any dietary information you share for a stay: deleted thirty days after the end of the retreat, on 25 May 2027 at the latest. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, as described below.
Our form platform, Jotform Inc., is established in the United States and stores our form data in its European data centre, in Germany; any access from the United States is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Our website host, Netlify, Inc., is established in the United States; transfers to it are covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The other services named in this policy (Stripe and the payment services you choose, Brevo, Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and Axeptio) receive only the data described in Sections 5 and 9. The health questionnaire is held in a form tool that stores its data in the European Union.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain uses of it, and to request that it be transferred to you or to another organisation. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@maisonlongevityretreat.com.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.public.lu), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. A consent banner appears on your first visit. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is placed on your device before you have chosen.
Measurement. Google Analytics 4, operated by Google Ireland Limited, tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It loads only if you accept.
Advertising. The Meta pixel, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, measures the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and lets us show our advertising to people who have visited this site. It loads only if you accept.
Your choice. Axeptio provides the banner and keeps the record of your choice, which is what allows us to demonstrate that consent was given. Your choice is stored for six months. You can review or change it at any time from the Axeptio icon at the foot of every page.
Two pages, Request your place and The programme, offer a form hosted by Jotform Inc. These forms are not loaded when the page opens. It appears only after you click “Show the form”. Until you click, nothing whatsoever is sent to Jotform.
Once you click, your browser connects to Jotform’s servers, which receive your IP address, your browser and device details, the address of the page you are on and the page you came from. Jotform may then place cookies and local storage entries on your device. These are necessary to display the form, keep your session and prevent spam; they are not used to advertise to you or to follow you across other websites.
If you would rather not load the form at all, write to contact@maisonlongevityretreat.com and we will take your request by email.
If we introduce another category of cookie, we will ask for your consent before it is placed, and this policy will be updated first.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is always the current one.
