Legal
Last updated 18 August 2026.
These terms are under legal review before bookings open. Bookings open once that review is complete and the company is incorporated.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the booking of the programme and the accommodation provided by Léa Bidani, acting on behalf of Maison Longevity (SARL-S, Luxembourg), a company currently in the process of incorporation (“Maison Longevity”, “we”, “us”). Bookings and payments will only be confirmed once the company has been duly incorporated and is legally able to contract. By making a booking, the guest (“you”) accepts these Terms in full.
Maison Longevity provides a longevity programme and, separately, accommodation in a private villa for small groups of women (together, the “Retreats”), each lasting four nights, hosted in a privately rented villa, for a maximum of ten guests. The programme, dates, location area and price are as described on our website and in the booking confirmation sent to you. Maison Longevity provides two separate services, a programme and accommodation, and does not act as the organiser of a package travel arrangement. We directly contract and pay the independent professionals and suppliers who contribute to each service; we are not a booking agent for third-party services.
A booking is confirmed only once a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price has been received, and only once Maison Longevity has been incorporated. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the Retreat. If unpaid by that date, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you under Section 3.
All prices are quoted in euros and are stated as VAT-inclusive where applicable. Each price is shown as a programme fee and an accommodation fee. A staggered payment plan may be arranged upon request; in that case, the terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking and will supersede the schedule above.
By you. The deposit is non-refundable in all cases. If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date, any balance already paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of the start date, no refund is due, though we will make reasonable efforts to fill your place from a waitlist and, at our discretion, refund the corresponding amount if we do.
By us. We may cancel or postpone a Retreat for reasons including insufficient bookings, unavailability of the villa or key practitioners, or force majeure (Section 9). In that event, you will receive a full refund of all sums paid, or, if you prefer, the option to transfer your booking to a future edition. Our liability in this case is limited to reimbursement of sums paid; we are not liable for related costs such as travel booked independently of Maison Longevity. We recommend that guests take out their own travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment and medical repatriation.
The Retreat includes physical activity (including Pilates and movement sessions), dietary programmes, treatments and movement sessions. By booking, you confirm that you are in a state of health that allows you to participate, and that you have disclosed any relevant medical condition, allergy or physical limitation to us in advance.
Nothing provided during the Retreat, including any consultation with a practitioner, constitutes medical diagnosis or treatment or replaces the advice of your own physician. You participate in all activities at your own discretion and, where relevant, are free to decline or modify any activity.
Workshops, consultations, treatments and culinary services during the Retreat are delivered by independent, self-employed professionals (including physicians, therapists and the chef) who are not employees of Maison Longevity and who each carry their own professional liability insurance. Maison Longevity selects and coordinates these professionals with care, but each professional remains solely responsible for their own advice, treatment and professional conduct. Maison Longevity’s role is limited to providing the programme and the accommodation, and to coordinating the professionals who contribute to each.
Maison Longevity holds professional indemnity and general liability insurance covering its activity as a provider of the programme and of the accommodation. Save in the case of death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, or as otherwise required by mandatory law, our liability to you is limited to the total price paid for your booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, or for the acts or omissions of independent third parties as described in Section 5.
Maison Longevity may photograph or film parts of the Retreat for its own marketing and archival purposes. We will seek your consent before and during the stay and will respect any request not to be identifiably included. Where consent is given, such images may be used in our marketing across our website and social media, without further compensation to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A separate image-rights authorisation will be provided for signature before arrival.
Personal data you provide is processed to manage your booking and, where you agree, to communicate with you about future editions, in accordance with applicable data protection law (including the GDPR). Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, extreme weather, epidemic, government action, or failure of a critical third-party supplier. In such circumstances, Section 3 (“By us”) applies to your booking.
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
