About

Maison Longevity began with a question no one could answer.

What is actually happening in my body, and what do I do about it? Months of asking, and no answer that held. What was missing was knowledge.

So this is the retreat that was built to give it.

Months spent assembling a faculty of doctors, a Swiss skincare masterclass, daily movement facing the sea, a private chef, a welcome kit of beautiful things to take home, and a villa above the Mediterranean where it all comes together.

Built for women who have looked after everyone else, who feel their body beginning to change, and who are ready to understand it, and to be looked after in return.

Seven to ten women. Four nights. You leave knowing your own body.

The founder

Why I built this one.

The retreats. The tan. The tote bag. And still, no real understanding of the body. Something more than a beautiful pause was missing. What was missing was knowledge. So this is the one that was built to answer it.

I trained as a lawyer, and spent years in law before turning to this — the same discipline, the same refusal to leave things half-considered.

I vet every doctor, every partner, every product myself, before any of it reaches a guest. Nothing is chosen because it is convenient. It is chosen because it meets a standard I would want for myself.

I live between Luxembourg and the French Riviera, and I am building Maison Longevity slowly and deliberately, one edition at a time.
