The faculty

Five fields of expertise, gathered in one villa.

Each led by the people named below. Up to ten women, so that every session leaves time for your own questions.

You learn how your skin is actually ageing, and what is worth doing about it.

Leads Pilates facing the sea on Thursday and Saturday mornings, and the late-afternoon stretching and mobility sessions. Each guest has an individual posture analysis of twenty minutes with her, with personalised recommendations, and one lymphatic drainage session, on request and subject to availability. Both are included in the programme. An in-depth posture review is available on request, as an extra. It is arranged, booked and paid directly between you and her during the stay. Maison Longevity is not involved in this service.

You learn to move in a way you can keep, long after the stay.
