Yes. The programme and the accommodation are two separate services and can be booked independently. You may take the programme without staying at the villa, for instance if you already live nearby, or take the accommodation alone, for instance if you are travelling with someone who is following the programme. Write to me and I will quote each service separately.

A deposit of 50% confirms your place. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat begins. If you would prefer a different payment schedule, I can arrange a tailored payment plan with you. Simply let me know.

The deposit is non-refundable in all cases. If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, the balance already paid is refunded, excluding the deposit. Within 30 days of arrival, no refund is given, though I do my best to fill your place from the waitlist and refund you if I do. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.

Ten per edition, never more. Places are confirmed in the order deposits are received.

Four nights and five days, from Wednesday afternoon to midday on Sunday. The first edition runs from 21–25 April 2027. If you are new to the format, read what a longevity retreat actually is.

Ten women, at a similar stage of life. The group never exceeds ten, so the experience stays intimate.

Yes, at the time of booking. Coming with a friend to share is very welcome. Let me know, and I will help arrange it.

Seven rooms in total, each with its own private bathroom, and the same quiet, considered aesthetic throughout the villa. Six have a king-size bed, ideal on your own or for two close friends; one is a twin room, with two single beds.

Yes. The private chef designs each menu around the group, and easily accommodates allergies, intolerances and preferences. Simply let me know in advance.

Practising doctors lead dedicated sessions on set days of your stay. They are not present throughout. This complements, but does not replace, the care of your own physician. Please share any relevant medical history when you book.

None in particular. Movement sessions are adapted to you, not the other way around. Let me know of any physical limitations when booking.

No. I recommend guests take out their own travel insurance, covering cancellation and medical repatriation. Maison Longevity holds professional indemnity and general liability insurance for the retreat.

Yes. Private transfers to and from Nice airport are included. Travel to Nice itself is not.
